In ~3 years (>10000 att. @ this writing), overall risk of 'disappearance' is well below 1%, with EU/Canada ~0.2% and Australia/New Zealand/GB perfect thus far w/ >2000 combined attempts.  There are a few bad apples, though.

The 2013 rates have skyrockted some ~25% or more across the board, so here we are partially subsidizing EMS Express Mail's very high cost, which starts well north of $40 and moves up based on a weight in a jiffy!.

Known as the "Silver Steel", this 5/8" width carbon steel razor has a square point and an ebony wood handle. It is full hollow ground, which the vast majority of shavers will ultimately prefer. Experienced shavers often prefer the square point's exact control in detailing their edges of sideburns and such. This is not the popular choice for a beginner. The tang and spine are rendered in gold, with a plain face to the blade on both sides. This is the most popular size in Dovo's standard best-quality full hollow ground designation, with a dark wood handle that has hints of mottled brown. Carbon steel blade ~4.25mm thick at spine.  Total weight with scales is ~43 grams. 5/8" Width Square point Ebony wood handle Professionally-honed and "shave ready"!
