NON-USA CUSTOMERS;  Unless your order's value is >$450 or has at least one item explicitly stating "includes EMS express mail", free tracking is NOT included-you must optionally elect to purchase it (if you want it).  Service ranges 7-90 days and there's absolutely no way to find out what's going on.

THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO USA ORDERS WHICH ARE ALWAYS INSURED(AND TRACKED FOR ALL BUT THE VERY SMALLEST).

We'll happily accept small orders from all over earth, however...

PURCHASE WITHOUT TRACKING = YOU ASSUME ALL RISK OF LOSS

We've no option to add any tracking to regular 1st class int'l mail.
In ~3 years (>10000 att. @ this writing), overall risk of 'disappearance' is well below 1%, with EU/Canada ~0.2% and Australia/New Zealand/GB perfect thus far w/ >2000 combined attempts.  There are a few bad apples, though.

The 2013 rates have skyrockted some ~25% or more across the board, so here we are partially subsidizing EMS Express Mail's very high cost, which starts well north of $40 and moves up based on a weight in a jiffy!.
This costly option buys speed & safety, but only you can decide if it is worth it to you.  Minimum order value of $150 to elect this option.

Shipping Details & Return Policies

Shipping:  Some useful information; when buyers & sellers exchange money and goods, there's no such thing as "Free Shipping".  If we agreed to mail a box from your friend (and our neighbor) to you at no cost to you or he, that could appropriately be called "Free Shipping".  But whether a firm charges separately for shipping or not, the cost of shipping is ultimately paid by you...when you buy a mattress with "Free Shipping", I'll wager the 2 guys driving the truck are being compensated for their time, and the funds for their compensation ultimately originates from your purchase of a mattress.  It pains me that (due the competitive nature of earth) we're forced to write that absurd misnomer all over the place on this site...hardly anyone reads this page if our server stats are trustworthy.  Be a smart shopper; always ignore semantics and consider the final shipped price of things.  Your order will have a shipping charge of $0.00, so call it 'Free Shipping' if you must.  We keep shipping costs as low as possible, and aim to be friendly to small purchases.  Indeed, because of a preference for a 'surprises free' site with every price a shipped one, we must list cheap/heavy items (such as creams/lotions) at incredibly-small profits when purchased all by their lonesome, and watch as multiple hundreds of consumers repeatedly take full advantage of this and never buy anything else.  Oh well; it ain't the end of the world.

We ship USPS mail in most cases.  We don't use UPS because our business model of mostly small and relatively inexpensive packages doesn't work with their rates.

We pack and ship daily.  Orders received by 2pm EST Mon-Fri are mailed the same day.  95% of orders arrive to their destinations within 3 mailing days following the day of shipping, 99% within 5.

International Shipping:  We're glad to ship internationally.

The Google Checkout cart or Paypal can be the payment conduit, but you can also can email/Skype/telephone us your credit card details and we'll bill you directly in USD.  IF ANY ITEM IS RETURNED TO US AND HAS BEEN PROPERLY ADDRESSED AS PER THE ORDER SUBMISSION, WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND BUT DEDUCT THE COST OF THE SHIPPING/PACKAGING COST.




Returns:  We do not accept returns upon any personal use items;

Whether the personal use item's claimed to have/have not come into contact yet with human tissues isn't relevant for us, for we of course cannot prove to the contrary, and we want YOU to know when you buy one of these things from this shop you're buying one that's never had any possibility of interacting with people's germs.  Would you want us to send you a razor returned to us?

We also not accept returns on any individually-photographed piece of merchandise

If I labored to make those individual pics that all customers love and yet no competitor dares to duplicate, there's no chance for your money back...it is a royal pain in the ass but it is what I'd want were I the shopper so they'll always be here.

If you do change your mind about a purchase of a non-personal-use item that's also not individually photographed, you may return your item(s) to us at your expense and postmarked within 7 calendar days of the day of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus our actual postage/packaging costs.  You need not call us, email us, or get a "Return Merchandise Authorization" from us.  Simply mail to;

Pricing:  Many fine competitors (indeed most retailers beyond shaving) match another vendor's listed price when 'alerted' to such a price...other vendors temporarily reduce prices with special denotations, cross out higher prices and write lower prices adjacent to them, blah blah blah...I hope if you're reading this that those kinds of things don't flatter your intelligence, and I'm glad we've had modest success (defined as "survival") without any such stupidity.
We set our prices as low as possible when allowed by manufacturers, but lots of brands have price-fixed policies where violating the terms ends your relationship.  Let's be realistic; this will always be a small shop, and we won't always be the lowest-we can only try.  But we'll never insult your intelligence by claiming to guarantee to always have the lowest prices, and we'll never shout about our pricing.  A price packaged with any presentation is still, well, just a number.  Our belief, and it is a naive one, is that numbers speak well for themselves.  Besides, when two competing vendors both "guarantee" the lowest price, does the customer get the item for free from one of them, or does a vendor's guarantee fail instead?




Privacy:  This site uses a script and cookies to employ the cart function.  You cannot have these functions disabled upon your browser and successfully use the cart, so if you want to buy from us w/o enabling browser scripts you'll have to send us funds via PayPal or pick up the telephone and give us a call.  Beyond this very limited device, we'll never exchange your contact information with any other entity, and we'll never contact you beyond the communication needed for an order unless you ask us to.  Frankly, it is unimaginable that a small business would do otherwise, and we wet shavers are a tiny worldwide community by any standard.
